Why isn't in-app ringing working?

Wendi's phone system is customizable. Many issues with in-app ringing can be resolved by changing staff member or provider settings.

To troubleshoot the lack of in-app ringing, first check the Provider Information page.

If the "Forward incoming calls to this number" checkbox is checked, in-app ringing will not work and all calls will be forwarded to the admissions phone number after the patient hears the greeting message.

 

 

If that option is unchecked and you're still not receiving in-app calls, check the Settings & Notifications page. Make sure your notifications for calls are enabled like in this example:
