Wendi integrates with two major call tracking and marketing analytics platforms, CallRail and CallTrackingMetrics. In both cases, a webhook integration automatically sends CallRail/CTM call tracking and form submission data into Wendi and creates corresponding patient profiles and call records.
To configure a Wendi telephony webhook integration, simply copy the appropriate webhook URL, found in the Integrations tab, and paste it into the corresponding field in CallRail/CTM.
